Dear IntRE clients!
As of Jan. 1, the Miami Association of Realtors raised the price for providing IDX feed many times over.
We have had the lowest price for IDX sites for years, but in the present circumstances we are unable to leave it unchanged.

Additionally, the Miami Association of Realtors requires that all agents and brokers who have IDX searches on their site sign an electronic agreement through the Bridge interface.
This is required of all (!) vendors, not just us.

1. You can do nothing and your site will still function fully except for the IDX search. All the condo pages with detailed description and floor plans will remain.

2. You can generate your free personal IDX link through Matrix and we will install it on your site (instruction for generating the link is here).

3. You can migrate to our alternative website system – MyRE Web Real Estate ($19.90/month and no setup fee). Please visit MyRE website to know more.
You also need to generate your free personal IDX link through Matrix to have an IDX search on your site (instruction for generating the link is here).

4. Sign new Bridge Agreement and subscribe for $59.90/month.
If you want your site to continue to function fully as it currently does (Until December 31, 2022), you need to sign an electronic agreement through the Bridge interface (official instruction of MIAMI Association of Realtors & Bridge is here). After that, you will need to sign up for a new $59.90/month subscription. Once again, please note that our price increase was only due to a multiple price increase by the Miami Association of Realtors.

5. You can cancel our services completely and cancel your subscription. We will regretfully remove your site from our servers.
